Welcome to the Pinca Shipping and Delivery Policy Page

Pinca is currently only shipping within the UAE but we hope to start shipping to other countries very soon. 

UAE Shipping Times & Rates

We offer free shipping for orders above 150 AED with delivery within 48 hours. Please note sometimes deliveries to other Emirates can take longer than 48 hours due to stock availability. Should you have specific delivery requirements, kindly contact Pinca customer service before placing your order. 

For Orders below 150 AED:

  • There is a delivery charge of 20 AED per delivery and will be delivered within 48 hours.
  • For next day delivery, there is a charge of 25 AED per delivery. Order must be placed by 4pm to be delivered the following day.
  • For same-day delivery (not applicable for all products), there is a charge of 30 AED if the order is placed before 10 a.m. on the same day.

Orders from remote areas in the UAE will have a delivery charge of 20 AED per delivery. Deliveries take place twice a week.

Not all orders can be delivered on the same day.  Please contact us on WhatsApp +971 50 462 5654 to check if same-day delivery is available for your order. 

When We Ship

Orders are shipped daily excluding UAE public holidays & Sundays. You are responsible for ensuring appropriate access for deliveries, including, without limitation, on Saturdays.

Scheduling a Delivery

We will contact you once your order has shipped, after which the courier company will get in touch to schedule a delivery at your earliest convenience. In order to schedule a delivery, you will need to share a complete address. Identification may be requested at the time of delivery.

Non-Service Areas

If your address is deemed in a “non-service” area by our courier partner, we can potentially coordinate with you on a pick-up location. Contact us via WhatsApp at +971 50 462 5654 to learn more.

Failed Delivery Attempt

Our courier partners will attempt to deliver a shipment twice before it is returned to our warehouse. For delivery after this point, you will need to secure a new delivery booking and will likely incur additional shipping fees.

Making Changes to an Order

Our Customer Care team will be happy to assist with changing your preferred delivery date and address should you require. However, if you have received an email notification indicating that your order has been dispatched, we won’t be able to change your address. Please note that a change to an address outside of the original delivery country will not be possible.
