Delivery and Personalization

The necklace can take up to 72 hours for delivery. If you need it sooner, please contact Pinca.ae customer service before placing your order. Once we receive your order, Pinca.ae customer service will contact you to confirm the details of your personalization request. Please note that the order will only be processed once payment is received, as this is a customized item.

Any unused/unopened item can be returned to us FREE of charge within 14 days of the delivery date. Once an item has been returned to the warehouse, it will be inspected for damage. Only after an item has gone through our quality assurance process will a refund be initiated.

Please Note: For hygiene reasons, Personal Care Products are non-returnable once the packaging has been opened.
